The Enoteca Regionale del Barbaresco is pleased to officially present the
Barbaresco DOCG 2020 in collaboration with the restaurants of the area of origin
Barbaresco a Tavola returns on Friday 8, 15 and 22 May, an event now in its 27th edition. This year too, the Enoteca Regionale del Barbaresco is pleased to present the new 2017 vintage in collaboration with restaurants in the area of origin: a unique opportunity to taste, pair and understand Barbaresco 2017.
The presentation will take place in the form of dinners organized simultaneously in all the restaurants participating in the initiative.
In combination with the typical local cuisine, proposed according to the creativity of each chef, during each of the three evenings 20 different 2017 Barbarescos will be tasted strictly blind: the best way to understand the vintage as a whole without any conditioning. Only at the end of the dinner will the names of the producers be revealed.
Reservations must be made directly at the restaurants
We remind you that the Barbarescos tasted during each of the three evenings will be the same at all the restaurants and will be on sale at the Enoteca.
