Barbaresco a Tavola returns on Friday 10 December, the now historic blind tasting of the latest vintage of Barbaresco DOCG on the market, now in its 27th edition. A single evening to discover Barbaresco 2018 in all its nuances!

This year too, the Barbaresco Regional Enoteca will have the pleasure of officially presenting the latest 2018 vintage in collaboration with the restaurants of the area of origin: an unmissable opportunity to taste, pair and understand the 2018 Barbaresco DOCG.

The presentation will take place in the form of dinners organized simultaneously in all the restaurants participating in the initiative. In combination with the typical local cuisine, proposed according to the creativity of each chef, during the evening the 2018 Barbarescos will be tasted strictly blind: the best way to understand the vintage as a whole without any conditioning. Only at the end of the dinner will the names of the producers be revealed
