The Barbaresco Regional Enoteca is pleased to officially present the
Barbaresco DOCG 2020 in collaboration with restaurants in the area of origin
Barbaresco a Tavola returns on Friday 12, 19 and 26 May, the now historic blind tasting of the latest vintage of Barbaresco DOCG on the market now in its 29th edition.
Three unmissable evenings to taste, pair and understand Barbaresco 2020 in all its nuances!
The presentation will take place in the form of dinners organized simultaneously in all the restaurants participating in the initiative.
In combination with the typical local cuisine, proposed according to the creativity of each chef, during the evening the 2020 Barbarescos will be tasted strictly blind: the best way to understand the vintage as a whole without any conditioning. Only at the end of the dinner will the names of the producers be revealed.
Reservations must be made directly at the restaurants
We remind you that the Barbarescos tasted during each of the three evenings will be the same at all the restaurants and will be on sale at the Enoteca.
This year too , Barbaresco grappas will be the protagonists of Barbaresco a Tavola!
At the end of each dinner, the grappas produced with Nebbiolo from Barbaresco will be tasted, the perfect way to end your journey to discover Barbaresco DOCG in all its nuances.
