The Vietti winery was founded by Carlo Vietti towards the end of the 19th century in Castiglione Falletto, in the same place where it still stands today. After Mario Vietti's return from the USA in 1917, the company began bottling and marketing its own wines. In the 1950s, the winemaking tradition was combined with new intuitions that intertwined, for the first time, the knowledge of wine, art and culture, a vision that still today translates into "Author's Labels" created in collaboration with artists from all over the world. In 2016 the winery was acquired by the Krause family who continued the business while respecting the original values and history.
