AN EXCELLENT VINTAGE FROM ALL POINTS OF VIEW

AN EXCELLENT VINTAGE FROM ALL POINTS OF VIEW

After a cold and snowy winter, the month of March with its mild temperatures was the backdrop to the regular vegetative growth. In April the return of cold temperatures, with late frosts with mild and limited effects, did not affect the Nebbiolo, a potentially exposed early developing variety.

The summer of good weather and temperatures without excesses continued until the second half of September when the significant temperature variations between night and day created the ideal conditions for the optimal phenolic maturation of the Nebbioli from Barbaresco.

At the beginning of October the bunches had a very rich polyphenolic content, essential for producing structured and balanced wines, destined to last over time.
