Cascina delle Rose is a small company acquired by the Rizzolio family in 1948, today spread over 5.5 hectares of land, 5 of which are vineyards. The company is located in the Rio Sordo sub-zone and extends into the highest part of Tre Stelle. Densely stratified soils, from blue marl (tuff) to calcareous soils and a notable mineral component give the final result the character and finesse that we find in the glass. Respect for nature in the vineyards and in the cellar gives us wines that are absolutely tied to the territory. Tradition and elegance are the two key words in the company's philosophy.
