The Cascina Morassino company was founded in 1984 by Mauro Bianco, but the three previous generations had already been producing wine with grapes from the Ovello cru: it is therefore an example of family continuity in the management of the company. Cascina Morassino, now managed by Mauro’s son, Roberto Bianco, has only four and a half hectares of vineyards, three and a half of which are located in the Ovello sub-zone and one hectare in the municipality of Neive, Cottà sub-zone.
