The company was founded in the 1930s, a difficult period for the agricultural world, by the courage of a small winegrower: Giovanni Giordano. The company dedicates the first period of its history to the cultivation and sale of its own grapes, but from the 1960s Luigi, Giovanni’s son, decides to start the vinification of his own grapes. Today the company is led by his daughter Laura and his grandson Matteo, together with his wife Gloria, in a succession of generations that combines tradition and dynamism. The vineyards from which the Barbaresco DOCG are born are located in the cru of Montestefano, Asili and Cavanna.
