The Rizzi company was founded in the ancient 19th century family farms in 1974, thanks to the work of Ernesto Dellapiana, who decided to abandon Turin and a well-established paper industry to follow his passion for wine, vineyards and the Langa. Starting in 2004, Ernesto's children Jole and Enrico joined his work. The company is spread across 3 individual farms: Cascina Rizzi, Cascina Boito, Cascina Manzola, and, in the municipality of Neviglie, Podere Stella.
