TASTING BENCH
RESERVED FOR OPERATORS
Alongside the now usual tasting stand on Saturday and Sunday open to the public, on Monday 15 October there was a tasting stand dedicated exclusively to operators in the sector who had the pleasure of tasting the Barbaresco in the presence of the producers themselves, in addition to the possibility of discovering some of the gastronomic excellences of our territory, such as Robiola di Roccaverano and Franchi salami.
SEMINAR ON
BARBARESCO TERROIR
On Monday 15 October, at the Ampelion, the seminar on the terroir of Barbaresco was held with great success, conducted by Alessandro Masnaghetti, author of MGA the Encyclopedia of the Great Vineyards of Barbaresco, and Edmondo Bonelli, expert geologist of the territory.
The masterclass ended with a tasting aimed at discovering the 2014 vintage, through the tasting of eight Barbaresco Docg from the four municipalities of the area of origin.
