A blind tasting of 10 years of Barbaresco DOCG, from 2013 to 2004, to celebrate a historic milestone.
On Tuesday 2nd April we toasted the first 30 years of Barbaresco a Tavola with a special Gala Dinner in the frame of the Ciau del Tornavento restaurant and a blind tasting of 10 historical vintages of Barbaresco DOCG, from 2013 to 2004.
An unrepeatable dinner that has paid homage to the most classic tradition of Barbaresco a Tavola. The wines, first tasted by the enologist Piero Ballario, were in fact served strictly blind in combination with the cuisine of the territory declined according to the inspiration of chef Maurilio Garola.
