Discover the opening days of the wineries part of the Enoteca Regionale del Barbaresco during the summer months [ July and August ]
Summer has arrived with warm temperatures and long sunny days: it is therefore time for holidays and rest, also for our producers.
To help you find your way around and not get unprepared among our hills, we have collected for you the closing periods of the wineries belonging to the Enoteca in the months of July and August.
The summary table with the availability of cellars is constantly updated.
Visits to the winery of the companies participating in the Enoteca are available only by appointment. You can find the contacts in the section CELLARS
We remind you that during summer the Enoteca del Barbaresco will always be open regularly with the usual opening hours, every day from 10.00 to 18.00.

Concordo pienamente sul fatto che la disponibilità delle cantine durante l’estate sia spesso limitata da prenotazioni anticipate e da una capacità di produzione ridotta, un aspetto che ho riscontrato più volte nei miei viaggi enogastronomici. Personalmente, quando pianifico le visite, riservo sempre un’intera mattina per ogni azienda, così da avere il tempo di partecipare sia alla degustazione guidata sia al tour dei vigneti, senza dover correre. Ho scoperto che prenotare almeno due settimane prima mi garantisce non solo l’ingresso, ma anche la possibilità di parlare direttamente con il viticoltore, che di solito condivide consigli su abbinamenti e suggerisce bottiglie in edizione limitata. L’anno scorso, grazie a questa routine, ho assaggiato un Vermentino di una micro‑produzione che non sarebbe stato disponibile…
Recentemente stavo cercando nuovi siti interessanti e sono capitato su https://identitaitalianiestero.it/ e sono rimasto piacevolmente sorpreso.
