This year too we propose to celebrate the new vintage with Il Barbaresco a Tavola now in its 26th edition: a unique opportunity to taste, pair and understand Barbaresco 2016.
At the same time for three Fridays, 10, 17, 24 May 2019, the restaurants in the production area will offer the typical cuisine of the area paired with 20 different 2016 Barbarescos per evening, strictly blind!
Only at the end of the dinner will the names of the producers be revealed. The Barbarescos tasted during the evening will be on sale from the following day at the Enoteca Regionale del Barbaresco.
In each restaurant the typical local cuisine will be paired with the 2016 Barbarescos being tasted. Reservations will be made directly to the individual venues. The price includes dinner and tasting of Barbaresco DOCG 2016.
