ANGELO NEGRO
The winery boasts a very ancient tradition: already in the 1770s, the family dedicated itself to the cultivation of vineyards on the Roero hills. It can currently count on almost 60 hectares of vineyards distributed between Cascina Perdaudin in Monteu Roero, Cascina San Vittore in Canale and Basarin in Neive. Today the business is managed by Giovanni Negro, together with his children Gabriele, Angelo, Emanuela, Giuseppe and his wife Marisa. In addition to the wines, the company also produces the so-called "Polenta del Re" from a fine variety of corn, grown by the Negro family since 2011.

Produced with stone-ground Ottofile mai. It is a fine variety grown on the Roero hills which it produces
a flour that seems to have been particularly appreciated by King Vittorio Emanuele II.
Recommended to be enjoyed with cheeses, stews or game.
