SHORT SUPPLY CHAIN PROJECT
Since 2020, the Enoteca Regionale del Barbaresco has combined its commitment to promoting Barbaresco DOCG and its entire production area, which has always been the fulcrum of our work, with the promotion of the typical products symbolizing the Langhe as part of the short supply chain project promoted from the Piedmont Region.
A true taste experience that combines the discovery of one of the symbolic wines of the Langhe, Barbaresco, with the tasting of the most representative typical products of the area, such as PGI Piedmont hazelnuts, honey, cugnà, jams and native cereals.
