Barbaresco a Tavola, directions for use

It is now just over a month away from Barbaresco a Tavola, the most anticipated blind tasting of the year, now in its 31st edition.

While waiting to taste the new vintage of Barbaresco DOCG we wondered, but are we sure to know all the secrets about how Barbaresco a Tavola works?

For newbies and veterans, here are some instructions to be ready to enjoy a perfect evening discovering the Barbaresco 2022.

The reservation must be made directly at the restaurant [you can find the list here on the site]
Barbaresco a Tavola is vegetarian friendly; check which restaurants offer vegetarian alternatives and notify the restaurant at the time of booking.
The dinners will start at the same time for all diners, remember to arrive at the time communicated at the time of booking to facilitate the work of restaurateurs and volunteers involved in the service of wines.
Barbaresco 2022 will be tasted strictly in the blind, without conditioning. Enjoy the game and don't worry, at the end of the meal the labels and the names of the producers will be revealed.
You will have two glasses to choose two wines at a time for tasting.
The Barbaresco will have a dedicated table to which you can go during dinner, a delegate of the Enoteca will take care of the wine service.
The Barbarescob tasted during each of the three evenings will be the same in all restaurants.
From the next day the Barbaresco 2022 tasted in the restaurants will be on sale at the Enoteca.
