On Friday, May 15, 22, and 29, 2026, Barbaresco DOCG 2023 will be the undisputed stars of three blind tasting evenings paired with local cuisine of Langhe hills. For newbies and veterans, here are some instructions to be ready to enjoy a perfect evening exploring Barbaresco 2023.

• The price indicated includes the 5-course menu and the tasting of all th 20 Barbaresco DOCG available

  
  

• Dinners will start simultaneously for all diners, remember to arrive at the time communicated at the time of booking to facilitate the work of restaurateurs and volunteers involved in the wine service.
