In May, the new 2023 vintage of Barbaresco DOCG will be the undisputed star of three blind tasting evenings paired with typical local cuisine of Langhe hills.

Barbaresco returns to Tavola in May, one of the longest-running and most iconic events in the Langhe, now in its 32nd edition.
In the most classic tradition of BAT, for three Friday evenings we will blindly taste the new Barbaresco DOCG just released in combination with the local cuisine offered according to the creativity of each chef.
Friday, May 15, 22, and 29, 2026, three evenings to discover the new 2023 vintage together, don't miss it!
THE LIST OF RESTAURANTS WILL BE PUBLISHED IN MARCH
As every year the presentation will take place during dinners organized simultaneously in all the participating restaurants.
In combination with the typical cuisine of the area, proposed according to the creativity of each chef, during the evening will be tasted Barbaresco 2022 strictly blind: the best way to understand the vintage as a whole without any conditioning.
The labels and the names of the producers will be revealed at the end of the dinner.
The reservation has to be made directly to the restaurants.
The Barbaresco tasted during each of the three evenings will be the same at all restaurants and from the next day they will be on sale at the Enoteca.
