The list of restaurants participating at the dinners of Barbaresco a Tavola, the historical blind tasting of the last vintage of Barbaresco DOCG, is finally available!
On Friday 15 • 22 • 29 of May 2026 together we will discover the new 2023 vintage of Barbaresco during three unmissable blind tasting evenings.
Paired with the 2023 Barbaresco, the restaurants will offer a whole menu composed by the typical dishes of the traditional cuisine of Langhe recreated according to the creativity of the chefs.
RESERVATIONS FOR THE EVENING MUST BE MADE DIRECTLY AT RESTAURANTS
The Barbarescos tasted during each of the three evenings will be the same in all restaurants and from the next day they will be on sale at the Enoteca.
